ok.. so testing 1... 2... 3... starting out on a new venture here. We will have a lot of fun together... art, music, food..... talking about our favorite places to travel, holidays, happy things, life, dancing in the rain, getting stronger through unhappy things... friends, family, lack thereof....
who knows the places we will go (as Dr. Suess would say-one of my favorite people, with whom I just happen to share the same birthday....and it just happens to be Texas Independence Day as well)!!
There's just no telling with us!
I'd really love to hear your comments, feedback, questions, ideas..... whatever is on your mind. I will take it. I tried to merge my blog from a few years ago with this one, but that didn't work out too well. So...I took it as a sign....and we are just starting from scratch baby!!!
So since this is a test..... just nod if you can hear me.... great song, "Comfortably Numb". Written by Pink Floyd bassist (I have a soft spot in my heart for bassists-well actually just one, but that's another post), Roger Waters, when he had what the Dr. thought was food poisoning right before a concert. Dr. gave him some sort of injection. Waters said it was the longest two hours of his life. Turned out to be hepatitis, by the way. Poor guy. Anyway.... enjoy....
